About Me

I am...........I don't know....lots of things...pretty complicated i like to think,lol....but i know i'm confused easily and also tend to think more than necessary which a lot of people (even close friends) might find pretty weird, since pretty much everyone is used to my carefree and reckless nature...i think sam knows that side best...but you'll know me...so lets leave it at that.

Favorite Quote
"I write messages on money. It's my own form of social protest. A letter printed on paper than no one will destroy passed indiscriminately across race, class and gender lines and written in the blood that keeps the beast alive. A quiet little hijacking on the way to the check-out counter And a federal crime. I hope that someone will find my message one day when they really need it. Like I do." (A poem by Josh Koppel, included in the artwork of the final Rage Against the Machine album, "Renegades")
"And so once again Oh, America my friend And so once again You are fighting us all And when we ask you why You raise your sticks and cry and we fall Oh, my friend How did you come To trade the fiddle for the drum" (Joni Mitchell's "Fiddle and the Drum")
"Legalize it, don't criticize it." Peter Tosh
"There's a brown kid at my house strumming the guitar and singing Pink Floyd songs." (my friend Shelby's, father, talking about me to his employees on how he was stunned to find out that Pink Floyd transgressed American and British borders, lol)
"Ride a white mare in the footsteps of dawn, Tryin' to find a woman who's never, never, never been born. Standing on a hill in my mountain of dreams, Telling myself it's not as hard, hard, hard as it seems." (inspirational words of Robert Plant, on his infatuation with Joni Mitchell in the song "Going to California")

Ok, these are the lyrics to a song called "Deeds of Crimson" that I wrote sometime back (for my band) but we never got to record it,hope to do it when I go back to SL in 2007. If any of you venture down south on my profile page you'll probably see this. Just let me know what you'll think of it. It is basically a song about a president, a king or anyone who has good visions prior to being elected, but becomes greedy and selfish afterwards. Then chaos ensues and he kills his subjects and stuff like that, lol, and then justice prevails in the end. That is the crux of the song, but tell me what you'll thought it meant. Also, Ase, Upul and Dirk, no jokes, lol!
"Deeds of Crimson"
Adamant that the truth be told, Verify your new found role. Greed, a deadly sin, Conquers the ambitious king.
Mildewed leaves, and varying green, A hue of black as cold as steel. The aura of the king long gone, He has succumbed to what is wrong.
We witness his falling from grace, A myriad of coldly inflicted deaths. The light within the prism remains, Never to see the light of day.
Mass graves once Oh so green! Captivates your senses now so bleak. Suppress your mortal fears below, Kindle the king's fiery glow.
A shrill cry of pain is heard, Impending terror from beneath the earth. His lurid figure stands over them all, He infuses sanity on the first crack of dawn.
